30th Anniversary Celebration: Malta Guinness Uncovers A New Label

Malta Guinness which is an auxiliary of Guinness Ghana Brewery PLC has divulged a new label as a feature of their 30 years commemoration festivity.

This special label will be cut over each of the three SKU’s (Cans, PET Bottle and Glass Bottle) with a similar incredible taste and will be accessible across Ghana from this month of November 2020 till March 2021 to extend the earth shattering celebration.

Malta Guinness launched a two-phase, brand-in-culture mission to greese the wheels fo a national discussion drawing consideration and conviction behind the brand’s commemoration crusade “Celebrating Our Own”. In the first period of the #Rekognize campaign, Malta Guinness encouraged debate through digital and PR channels to urge Ghanaians to celebrate their own.

In the second period of the mission, the brand tossed a test to nine (9) chosen Ghanaian visual creators in a competition named “the Rekognize Design Contest”. Their assignment was to make a unique plan that would typify what the brand depend on and underpins.

The Competition was the brand’s opportunity to perform activities reliable with their claims and to show Malta Guinness’ pledge to observing Ghana’s young, skilled local design and inventive community through a public plan rivalry that brought about this credible winning design. The outfit will grandstand this over their essential and secondary packaging.

Contestants were guided and tutored by three (3) Judges comprised of autonomous design experts, who confirmed and picked a definitive winning design having a place with 29-year old Charles Okyere-Afoakwah Jnr of Social Ghana Creative Agency.

Charles won a GHS 20,000 monetary reward, GHS 10,000 worth of graphic design working tools, and packs of Malta Guinness. The excess eight (8) competitors also won some cash and other prizes.

The Malta Guinness Limited Edition packs are relied upon to be an image for Ghanaians to use to celebrate and value their own.
