American Actor and Filmmaker Tom Hanks is on the spot chipping away at Baz Lurhmann’s film about Elvis Presley—a popular American rock-and-roll singer Elvis Presley (1935-1977), with Austin Butler playing Elvis Presley.

Playing this role wouldn’t come simple, as Austin Butler would need to portray a frightful hair style to depict Colonel Tom Parker in the film. ‘Elvis’ is a fact-based film that is being shot in Australia.

The 64-year-old actor – Tom Hanks and spouse Rita Wilson announced in March that they had tested positive for coronavirus while in Australia as Tom was shooting the ‘Elvis‘ film.

They made a beeline for the United States, after they had recuperated, and Tom got back to Australia in September to continue his production. The release of the film will be announced later during the year.
