More powerful nations in African football were able to secure a spot in the continent’s most important event, thanks to the qualifying matches, which will take place between January 13 and February 11, 2024.

After an eight-year absence, “Chilopopolo,” who were the champions in Gabon in 2012, will return to Africa’s most-watched sporting event, thanks to the results.

Egypt, another African football powerhouse, began the qualifier week on a high note. With a 2-1 victory over Guinea on Wednesday in Marrakech, the TotalEnergies CAF Africa Cup of Nations champions secured their spot in next year’s competition.
