The annual Africa Real Estate Summit in 2023 will be held in Accra on April 21 and will be hosted by Ghana.
The Summit, which is coordinated every year by Africa Real Estate International will be held under the topic ‘Building A Better Africa.’.
The event which will unite key partners and investors in the Ghanaian real estate sector will start on the 20th of April with a question and answer session and opening meeting.
Sessions for keynote speeches, exhibitions, and networking will be included. Other highlights include board round table discussions and award presentations.
In Ghana, the top real estate players will be gathered in a single room by the Africa Real Estate International team. According to Mr. Onyeka Onwuka, the Africa Real Estate Summit’s founder and chief host, there will also be a lot of networking, learning, and deal-closing.
The event began the previous year and was a huge success. This year, the Summit will be held in three major Nigerian cities in addition to expanding to Ghana.
In 2022, Africa Real Estate International hosted the inaugural Africa Real Estate Summit in Nigeria.
The event’s organizers are now expanding to neighboring African nations following its success. The Summit will be held in Ghana and Nigeria this year by Africa Real Estate International, Cabobel Resort Group, Advent Group, and World Greatest Records.
