
On Tuesday, March 25, 2025, the Saudi ambassador to Ghana, H.E. Sultan Abdulrahman Al-Dhakel, met with the Foreign Affairs Minister, Hon. Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa (MP), in his office.
The ambassador stressed the value of using friendships to advance one’s career and the good relations between Saudi Arabia and Ghana throughout the discussion. The topics of discussion included trade, digitalization, scholarships, and the Hajj quota.
The Ghanaian government expressed gratitude to the Saudi government for cooperation, particularly in the fields of education, construction, trade, and humanitarian aid for the inner city communities and flood victims in the Volta Region, through Hon. Okodzeto Ablakwa (MP).
