Santana is an American rock band formed in San Francisco in 1966 by Mexican-American guitarist and songwriter Carlos Santana. The band has undergone multiple recording and performing line-ups in its history, with Carlos Santana the only consistent member.
Their Genres were: Latin rock, Blues rock, Psychedelic rock, Acid rock, Chicano rock, and Jazz fusion. The band was celebrated with well known hit tunes like Maria, Black Magic Woman, Smooth and some more.
Carlos Santana who is ostensibly probably the best guitarist on the planet, has launched his own coffee company, called the Carlos Santana Coffee Company.
The coffee partner for the project, which has been under development since 2019 and officially launched a week ago, is private-label supplier Icon Global Coffee Company, situated in Missouri.
Some of the sales made from the Carlos Santana Coffee line of coffee stock is being diverted to the Milagro Foundation, the not-for-profit establishment set up by Santana and his family back in 1998.
The foundation has given more than $8 million in awards to organizations supporting underserved and vulnerable kids through projects including education, wellbeing and expressions of the human experience.
