Angelina Jolie blamed Brad Pitt for “gagging” one of their children and “striking” another in a countersuit she documented against her ex on Tuesday September 4.
The actress has documented court papers accusing ex Brad Pitt for shakily going after her and their kids during a 2016 plane ride which drove her to seek legal separation.
The countersuit comes after Pitt sued her in February 2022, over selling her stake in their French winery asserting their agreement neither would sell without the other’s assent.
Jolie has apparently guaranteed in her countersuit as revealed, that there was never any such agreement between the two. The actress has also guaranteed that she sold her part of the winery with an end goal to have “financial freedom” from Pitt and find “peace” following what she proposes was a profoundly excruciating and horrendous part of her and their kids’ lives.
According to the court reports, Jolie has uncovered details concerning a supposed episode on a confidential plane on September 14, 2016, five days before she sought legal separation where she guarantees the actor went after her and her children.
Angelina claims that Pitt got into a contention with one of their six children, who at the time were between the ages of 8 and 15.

Jolie is now accusing the actor for obnoxiously going after her and further stated that Pitt, “got” her by the head and shook her, and afterward got her shoulders and drove her into the restroom mass of the confidential plane.

The spokesperson further maintained that Jolie’s story continues to evolve with new, unsubstantiated claims. The statement also added that Brad has accepted responsibility for what he did but will not for things he didn’t do.
Beforehand, court documents that were made public in August relating to the 2016 plane incidentinvolving Angelina and Brad had revealed that no criminal charges were filed against Pitt.
