Following his conclusion on gun violence case, ASAP Rocky made his debut performance at Rolling Loud California. Arriving by helicopter over the music venue, the rapper made a spectacular arrival.
At Hollywood Park, he dazzled the audience and his fans by hovering over the venue, which was hung in midair.
The unreleased song “Stole Ya Flow” off ASAP’s upcoming album “Do not Be Dumb” was also played during the performance.
In addition to Rocky’s performance, the audience enthusiastically applauded YG, Sexyy Red, and other heightweights. Playboi Carti also grabbed center stage to garner media attention.
The daring performance occurred a month after Rocky was found not guilty on two felony counts of assault with a semiautomatic firearm by a jury.
The performer spoke to the audience as he stepped onto the platform and said,
“I’ma be honest with y’all—I’m so happy to see y’all right now; y’all don’t even understand.”
“It was really hectic for a n— recently. It got real sticky real quick.” Moreover, the performance of the musician at the biggest rap festival was not only an opportunity for the rapper to celebrate his freedom but also a chance to bring back his position in musical standing”.
The rapper chose to wear gold chains and a hazy white and blue t-shirt for his performance. A$AP Rocky finished off his appearance with black eyewear.
