Automobiles That Are Nearly As Fast And Strong As Airplanes

As 2025 approaches, a number of companies have made notable progress in manufacturing automobiles that can rival airplanes in terms of speed and capability.

At CES 2025, China unveiled a Land Aircraft Carrier from XPENG. This Land Aircraft Carrier was introduced by XPENG AeroHT, the biggest flying car company in Asia.

This creative vehicle integrates a six-rotor human-carrying drone with a six-wheeled electric van. The drone has both ground mobility and aerial capabilities, and it can be launched from the back of the car. With a price range of $200,000 to $300,000, it has already received about 3,000 orders, mostly from thrill-seekers and emergency services professionals.

BYD’s Yangwang U9 is a completely self-sufficient supercar that can jump over obstacles and potholes up to 20 feet deep without the need for a driver. It has a top speed of about 243.54 mph and can accelerate from 0 to 62 mph in just 2.36 seconds. The reason for this outstanding performance is BYD’s “DiSus’ intelligent suspension system.”
