Ben Affleck has supposedly bought another home in the midst of his separation bits of hearsay with Jennifer Lopez.
The “Good Will Hunting” star recently bought a $20.5 million chateau in the elegant Pacific Palisades neighborhood of Los Angeles as himself and Lopez’s marital home actually sits available for sale.
His new home is said to have 5 rooms with stroll in storerooms and 6 restrooms. Inside the primary house are purportedly breakfast and eating spaces, a family room, a den and a media room with a devoted powder room. There is also purportedly a separate guest house on the property.
Affleck, 51, and Lopez, 55, have been attempting to auction their 38,000-square-foot home since June 2024. While they initially attempted to auction the house market, they took their posting public recently.
The couple previously bought their apartment in June 2023 — nearly 12 months after they absconded in Las Vegas — for simply more than $60 million.

They have list the huge 12-room, 24-restroom home for $68 million and are supposedly “eager to sell it.”
“They thought they could sell it off-market but made a game-time decision in order to put more eyes on the property,” a source revealed on July 13.
In June, an insider told PEOPLE Affleck “never liked” their house because “it’s too far away from his kids”. The “On the Floor” singer, meanwhile, reportedly thinks it’s “too big.”
