Bentley Motors have announced a record number of trainee positions for the 2024 intake of 164 jobs. Career opportunities across the organization for Graduates and Industrial Placements are now accessible on- https://careers.bentleymotors.com, with Understudy applications opening in February 2024.
In excess of 33% of the positions are centered around the organization’s Research and Development department as they search for the business’ most brilliant talent to help its Beyond100 strategy, looking for manageable luxury mobility services. This includes a Five-in- Five arrangement, introducing five new completely electric vehicles in only five years and carbon neutrality across operations by 2030.

Of the 164 2024 jobs, 34 are for three or four-year Apprenticeship positions, 29 are two-year Graduate jobs, and 101 are for year Industrial Placements. Extra departments include Manufacturing, Sales and Marketing, Finance and Human Resources.
In parallel to the vacancies opening, Bentley has welcomed its 117-strong 2023 cohort to join the 4,000 colleague workforce in Crewe, including a record high 50/50 gender split of the new starters.
