
Singer-songwriter Billie Eilish is now the most streamed monthly artist on Spotify with around 10 crore monthly listeners.
This is another accomplishment being celebrated by Billie Eilish, who recently performed at the Paris Olympics 2024 closing ceremony.
As per Spotify’s declaration, the Grammy winner is the most streamed month to month artist on the audio streaming platform.
Billie Eilish became the third and youngest artist to reach 100 million monthly listeners in June 2024, following only The Weeknd and Taylor Swift.
Eilish made a post on Instagram to express her happiness.
“Number 1 in the world on spotify I really can’t even believe this. I love you all so much this is the craziest thing ever.”
“Let’s Go” was also shared by The Weeknd in support of Eilish.
Eilish has eight songs in the Billions Club on Spotify, an exclusive group of songs with more than one billion plays.
Some examples include Khalid’s “Lovely,” which has received 2.5 billion plays, “Bad Guy,” which has received 1.8 billion streams, and “When the Party’s Over.”
