
This year, BMW has revealed a number of new models and revisions that emphasize various technological advancements.
Early this year, the company plans to unveil the BMW M5 Touring, one of its new models. BMW’s high-performance estate vehicle, which has been out of production since 2010, is back with the M5 Touring.
With a top speed of 189 mph and a V8 plug-in hybrid engine that produces 717 horsepower, this vehicle can go from 0 to 62 mph in 3.6 seconds. With the seats folded, it has a 1,630-liter trunk, and it has upscale amenities like carbon fiber trim, racing bucket seats, and BMW’s Curved Display, which is controlled by the iDrive system. The starting price is £112,500.
BMW i5 Series: The i5 lineup receives notable updates, including:
i5 eDrive40 and i5 xDrive40: Introduction of 19-inch aerodynamic wheels, reducing energy consumption by up to 8% and 9%, respectively.
i5 M60 xDrive: Now standard with the M Sport package Pro, ambient lighting featuring the BMW Interaction Bar, lumbar support for front seats, and the Harman Kardon HiFi system.
BMW 2 Series Gran Coupé: Two new variants are introduced:
216 Gran Coupé: Equipped with a 1.5-liter three-cylinder petrol engine delivering 122 hp, achieving 0-100 km/h in 9.9 seconds.
223 xDrive Gran Coupé: Features a four-cylinder petrol engine with 48-volt mild-hybrid technology, producing 218 hp, and accelerating from 0-100 km/h in 6.4 seconds.
BMW X3 40d xDrive: Launching in May 2025, this model boasts a 3.0-liter six-cylinder diesel engine with 48-volt mild-hybrid technology, offering 303 hp and 670 Nm of torque. It accelerates from 0-100 km/h in 5.4 seconds, with a top speed of 245 km/h.

BMW Vision Neue Klasse X: Set for release in 2025, this all-electric SUV represents BMW’s future design and technology direction. Built on the Neue Klasse architecture, it promises a range exceeding 360 miles, rapid charging capabilities (186-mile range in 10 minutes), and advanced interior features like the BMW Panoramic Vision display. Pricing is expected to be similar to the current iX3, starting around £65,000.
