Britney Spears’ memoir will soon be out, and in it, the singer confessed to kissing another man during her relationship with Justin Timberlake, crediting it to gossipy tidbits about his faithlessness.
After many years, Britney Spears is now opening out about her previous mistakes in her impending book, “The Woman In Me”. She lengthily wrote about a long-standing rumor that she cheated on her former boyfriend, Justin Timberlake, during their relationship in the early 2000s.
In her forthcoming journal, Britney Spears conceded that she kissed choreographer Wade Robson while she was dating Justin, but she says it happened in light of the fact that, stories about Justin were being unfaithful to her.
According to her, the kiss with Wade Robson was a response to those bits of hearsay. Britney, 41, explained that she had been dedicated to Justin, 42, all through their relationship aside from this one time. She says they figured out how to move past this occurrence and stayed together until 2002.
However, Britney’s infamous ’55 hour’ ex-husband Jason Alexander also claimed that the Toxic singer was more than friends (friends with benefits), even while she was dating Justin Timberlake. The book also highlighted her past with Justin Timberlake, including a tough decision they faced.
Britney became pregnant, yet Justin would have rather not had a child around then. He thought they were excessively young and not prepared to become guardians. This prompted Britney having an abortion. Their separation was also tough. Britney wrote in her book that Justin cut off their friendship through an instant message, which left her very devastated.
“The Woman In Me” also digs into her personal struggles during her rise to fame and the 13-year conservatorship she was put under in 2008, following a psychiatric hold. Speaking about the kiss incident, while representatives for Wade Robson and Justin Timberlake haven’t commented on the book, Justin issued an apology to Britney and Janet Jackson in 2021 for his past behavior.
Meanwhile, Justin Timberlake hasn’t reacted to all the uproar. He is just not giving a lot of attention to the buzz encompassing Britney’s book. For now, he’s only focusing on his music.
