Burna Boy Wins Best Global Music Album At The 2021 GRAMMY Awards

Nigerian artist Burna Boy has won the Best Global Music Album at the 63rd GRAMMY Awards for the year 2021.

He won the classification for ‘Twice As Tall‘ at the Premiere Ceremony of the occasion. This denotes his first career GRAMMY win.

Burna Boy essentially acknowledged the honor with a big smile on his face.

He is the first winner of the recently renamed category, previously known as Best World Music Album.

His collection outmaneuvered fellow nominees Antibalas, Bebel Gilberto, Anoushka Shankar and Tinariwen.
