CalBank has declared that the Register of Members of CalBank will be shut to the overall population on 22 June 2020 to pay a last dividend for the year 2019.
Notice is thusly given compliant with Section 34 of the Companies Act, 1963 (Act 179) and Part VI, Section 40(b) of the GSE’s Listing Rules, 2006.
However, shareholders enrolled in the Register of Members of the Company at the close of business on Friday, 19 June 2020 will be eligible for the last dividend in regard of the financial year ended 31st December 2019.
That said, this will be endorsed at the Virtual Annual General Meeting booked to be hung on Wednesday, 24 June 2020 and streamed live to all shareholders from the conference room of the Head Office of CalBank.
