At the media launch of the Ghana Customer Satsfaction Index Report & Recognition Ceremony, which was held on September 27, 2024 by the CIMG, CalBank PLC received four prestigious awards.
Among the awards were:
• 5-Stars in Servce Quality for Busness Banking
• Runner Up in Service
Quality for Consumer Bankng
• 5-Stars in Consumer Satisfaction for Consumer Banking
• Runner Up in Service Qualty for Consumer Banking.
The Governing Council of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (CIMG) presented the awards to the bank.
The bank received the awards in recognition of its outstanding performance in the institute-organized nationwide banking survey that was recently published in the GH-CSI Report 2023.
At the ceremony, Laurinda, Head of Customer Experience at CalBank, dedicated the awards to the bank’s customers and expressed her sincere gratitude to them. She stated,
