Chelsea’s Champions League Squad Out!

With the closing of the transfer window in many significant leagues in Europe and the Champions League group stage beginning not long from now, the Chelsea squad for the primary phase of the competition has been submitted to UEFA.

All teams are to present their squad (List A) of their playing staff which contains up to 25 players with at least eight locally trained players. Of these players, four must come from the club’s own positions between the ages of 15 and 21.

Any shortage in those eight decreases the general number accessible, and UEFA have declared that, five substitution will be allowed this season, expanding the number of players selected for a matchday team to 23.

Moreover, there is List B, comprised of players at age 21 or more youthful with two years’ training at the club. This list can be updated at any time before a Champions League match.
