China’s New Train Runs A Speed Of 385 Miles Per Hour

Clearly, China can’t be referenced without the connection of technology. The country has for the past number of years, invented numerous other creative items.

But this time around, the Celestial Kingdom has unveiled a model for a new high-speed Maglev train that is fit for arriving at speeds of 620 kilometers (385 miles) every hour.

The train has on high-temperature superconducting (HTS) power that makes it look as though the train is gliding along the polarized tracks.

The smooth 21-meter-long (69 feet) model was unveiled in the city of Chengdu, Sichuan Province, on Wednesday January 13. The projectile train can work in incredibly chilly temperatures and could be operational within 3-10 years.

China is home to the world’s biggest high velocity rail organization, which extends more than 37,000 kilometers, and the fastest economically working train (the Shanghai maglev).

The country’s first high velocity Maglev train, started working in 2003. Running at a maximum velocity of 431 kph, the train joins Shanghai Pudong Airport and Longyang Road in the eastern side of Shanghai.

China is 100% preparing well, in terms of infrastructure improvements ahead of the 2022 Winter Olympics, which will take place in Beijing.
