
Chris Brown was locked up midair at his New Jersey concert on Wednesday after a performance stunt went wrong.
During his performance of “Under the Influence,” the rapper was caught gliding over the audience and left hanging from the Prudential Center ceiling in Newark.
The artist continued to play out the 2019 hit while cautiously motioning for the stage team to help him.
During the performance, the rapper’s suspension cables failed to release him to the ground, so he was dangling from the ceiling.
A video showed him cautiously endeavoring to stand out of team members while as yet singing.
Brown continued to make moves while waiting for help as he hovered over the arena for several minutes.
According to a subsequent clip, crew members eventually arrived on the stage with a substantial ladder to assist in lowering the 35-year-old R&B singer.

He kept on proceeding as he unfastened the suspension wires and moved down to the stage.
Brown presumably yelled at a crew member backstage before continuing his performance as he appeared upset once on the ground.
The “With You” singer, according to the Hollywood Reporter, admitted to the crowd that he was enraged but handled the situation calmly.
Brown, who began his 11:11 tour last week, has recently been criticized for controversial performances.
The rapper caused a commotion when he was seen getting the throat of “Love Island” star Natalia Zoppa while entertaining her during his March 2023 show in Manchester, England.
A few fans named the move as “forceful,” guaranteeing the truth star looked “super troubled.”
In the meantime, Brown had complained a month earlier that people “still hate” him for assaulting his ex-girlfriend and pop star Rihanna in 2009.
