U.S President Donald Trump has repeated his administration’s help to Zambia in the battle against the COVID-19 pandemic.
Trump was talking with Zambia’s Ambassador to the USA, Lazarous Kapambwe at the White House in Washington DC, when he made this known to him. The U.S President communicated his administration’s craving to deepen the solid and standing friendship between Zambia and the United States of America.
The two countries have for quite a while enjoyed an enduring and solid friendship with one another.
The friendship goes back a long time to Zambia’s independence in 1964 when the country’s establishing leader, Kenneth Kaunda, found in the United States a certifiable, willing partner and set up for a long-standing partnership.
Trump has assured Ambassador Lazarous Kapambwe of proceeded cooperation with Zambia in the battle against COVID-19.
