Eminent media mogul and CEO of the Illustrious Image Broadcasting Ltd Ghana, Dr. Amankwaa Agyeman has been decreed the Most Promising Entrepreneur of the Year at this year’s award for his responsibility in the building of a media brand in the media scene.
At the recently held 13th Ghana Entrepreneurs and Corporate Executive Awards and Summit 2023, he was honored.
The Entrepreneurs Foundation of Ghana’s star-studded event at the Labadi Beach Hotel aims to establish and sustain an environment that encourages thriving small and medium-sized businesses to contribute to the improvement of both the economy and individual quality of life.
By providing robust, ultramodern, and dependable television content that satisfies international standards, Dr. Amankwaa has demonstrated exceptional leadership and innovation skills within the media industry.
Dr. Amankwaa Agyeman was overjoyed with his great accomplishment after receiving the prestigious award.
He revealed that Royal TV’s hard-earned reputation and its ten-year anniversary have been solidified by this accomplishment.
” I want to first of all thank the entire Royal Image Broadcasting Limited team for always working hard and responding to duties. Indeed, this is a great achievement and has come to empower me to work more harder”, he said.
The 38 year-old business person was born in Nsuta in the Asante region of Ghana. He began making television with only 30 Ghana Cedis, which he used to buy a microphone.
At the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Amankwaa Agyeman is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts degree in sociology. He also attended Ghana Baptist University College, the Institute of Business Management and Journalism (IBMJ), and the London School of Journalism in the United Kingdom for his education.
One of his ideas has resulted in the hiring of over 3,500 media professionals across the country (Ask Media Training Institute). DJs, independent journalists, content creators, radio and television hosts, video editors, and videographers are a few of them.
