Ehab Galal was sacked as coach of the Egyptian national football team on Thursday June 16, two months after he took over from Carlos Queiroz.

Egyptian Football Federation official Hazem Emam told the press in Cairo that the poor performance of the Egyptian coach sped up his sack.
