
In an effort to enhance customer service and foster a friendly atmosphere for both internal and external stakeholders, the Ministry of Finance has opened its recently remodeled reception.
The Head of Civil Service and Hon. Dr. Stephen Amoah (MP), the Deputy Minister for Finance, unveiled the office.
According to the Deputy Minister, the Ministry’s dedication to quality, improved service delivery, and establishing a positive rapport with stakeholders is reflected in the refurbished reception.
Dr. Aggrey Darkoh, the Head of Civil Service, encouraged other MDAs to acknowledge and value the effort and consideration that went into building this model space, which is a model for all government agencies to follow.
The Ministry’s values of professionalism and excellence are reflected in the refurbished reception, according to Ms. Eva Esselba Mends, Chief Director of the Ministry.
