George Clooney Sells Off His Home After 30 Years..

George Clooney has sold his Los Angeles estate for $14.5 million, which was previously owned by Stevie Nicks.

After nearly 30 years of ownership, the 63-year-old filmmaker has sold his six-bedroom Studio City mansion.

The Fleetwood Mac star bought Clooney’s Fryman Canyon home in 1995 for just $2.2 million.

On a plot of 3.1 acres, the house has a tennis court, a pool, multiple guest houses, and boasts 7,000 square feet.

Over the course of the past 29 years, the longtime leading man in Hollywood has hosted numerous soirees there.

Clooney and his wife Amal raised their seven-year-old twins Ella and Alexander in this house during their ten years of marriage.

The family had some privacy because the home is hidden behind trees.

A diverse real estate portfolio is created by the long-term couple, who also own homes in New York, Italy, and France.

Kurt Rappaport of Westside Estate Agency Inc., who represented George in the business agreement, confirmed the home’s sale.

In the meantim, on September 27, their 10-year wedding anniversary, George said that he would surprise Amal by saying, “She doesn’t know where I’m taking her tonight, though.”

George was introduced to the well-known civil rights lawyer in 2013 by a friend of the two of them.
