Dr. Bawumia who was speaking on behalf of the Government says, the App will be accessible on Android and iOS platforms for downloads in the not so distant future.
The App is said to help effectively trace people with the infection, and those who have had contact with others. It is also valuable in quarantine dependability, if specific people need self-isolation.
Ghana is one of the few countries to introduce such a tracker to hunt down the infection. However, Ghanaians have been encouraged to use the App to the advantage of each resident.
Ghana has beaten the likes of USA, UK and other countries with this App right in the fight against the infection as they have also introduced another system of forcefully testing for the infection.
