The Ghana Women of the Year Honours (GWYH) program has been in operation for seven years. It has over these years, celebrated women of distinction across assorted fields of endeavors.
Glitz Africa once again proceeds with its yearly mission to celebrate women who use their mastery, position and impact to motivate others to have an effect in driving other women forward through the Ghana Women of the Year Honours.
The Ghana Women of the Year Honours is an inspiring event where women who excel and have a significant impact in a variety of fields are honored and their stories are told to encourage the next generation of ambitious women who are conscious of their impact.
The call for nominations for the ceremony this year has been made public by the organizers. The following areas should be filled with well-deserving female recipients:
Education Health Media Business Corporate Personality of the Year Governance Lifetime Achievement Creative arts (Film, Music etc.) Young Star Fashion Humanitarianism Woman of the Year Africa Activism Sports
According to the event’s organizers, voters can send their nominee’s name and a reason why they think that person should win in a particular category to womenoftheyear@glitzafrica.com. The submission deadline is Tuesday, May 23, 2023.
