Deloris Frimpong Manso And Her Unique Style Of Interviewing!

Numerous women around the globe are doing their bit in the run off to make the world a better one. For some years now, several driven women like Deloris Frimpong Manso are “speeding up like Usain Bolt” to coordinate with what men are also doing. For ‘Delay’ as she is warmly called, she has refuted all cynics and even in the warmth of all criticisms, transcend opportunities.

As an entrepreneur with several businesses, Deloris has with diligence and commitment made it to the top; thanks to her hardwork.

Indeed, she began her successful journey as a radio presenter with Life FM in Nkawkaw in the Eastern Region of Ghana at 17 years old in 1999, but dominant part of people got to know her more when she moved from the Eastern district of Ghana to the capital Accra.

Audience members of radio woke up one day to hear a bubbly, intriguing and comical female moderator on Top Radio (103.1 FM) in 2005. With an uncommon style of radio presentation, she had the option to draw in more audience members to her show as well as the station.

From that time onwards, Deloris has never looked back, but has consistently proceeded onward as a famous TV host (owning her a production house). She is a producer, public speaker and a Women’s Advocate in Ghana and beyond. The confident woman has produced TV contents of her own which includes ‘Cocoa Brown’, ‘Afia Schwarzenegger’, and the ‘Delay Show‘.

The ‘Delay Show’ was since 2008 active on TV until it went off the screens. The show featured almost all the top Ghanaian famous personalities. In fact, Deloris cut a type of specialty on the show that anyone who shows up on the program feels somewhat unsteady. This wasn’t a direct result of dread of the show itself but the blunt questions presented by the host, Deloris Frimpong Manso (Delay).

Indeed, her style of on-air presentation is “crazy”. All the same, that makes the show fascinating and worth watching. Due to her straightforward attitude on the show, she is labeled as extremely controversial, but that hasn’t for once broken her in any capacity. It has rather helped her accomplish what she had wished for in life.

As a result of her position with regards to issues of women, Deloris Frimpong Manso has been occupied with public speaking, frequently sharing her background to ginger women and the youth to endeavor to exceed expectations throughout their life.

Deloris has spoken at a large number of such events including the 2018 International Youth Empowerment Summit (iYES) gathering held at the National Theater, Ghana, the 2nd edition of Women’s CEO Summit as the fundamental speaker and a lot increasingly outside the shores of Ghana. The public didn’t take her serious on the issue of her becoming the President of Ghana.

In view of her disputable proclamations now and again, some people imagine that was on a lighter note. Deloris recently announced her ambition to be the first female President in Ghana by 2032. And many people were fairly confounded.

Could this be a valid proclamation? They asked. Deloris thinks nothing must frustrate women from owning a portion of the highest positions in the public eye and be associated with the running of the projects of any institution including a country.

The Methodist University graduate has been setting out on a progression of crusades planned for encouraging women over the world. Deloris Frimpong Manso owns several businesses in Ghana.

2017 – First Female Celebrity on Pulse Ghana List of Five Most Industrious Celebrities in Ghana.

2018 – Honored with the Women Empowerment Award at the 3G Awards in New York ( in acknowledgment of her woman’s rights and supporting the course of women in the public arena).

2019 – Made An Ambassadors for iYES at the fifth edition of the program in Ghana.
