Kwaku Duah is his name, but Dada K.D is his showbiz name. This Hi-Life Ghanaian artist makes the genre appealing to the listening ears. Dada K.D is one of the several Hi-Life whizzes who has reliably released hit after hit tunes all through his music profession.
His smooth singing voice has never let him down, as he performs to the satisfaction of fans on any stage. K.D’s songwriting abilities is inconceivable as he is outstanding amongst most musicians in the Ghanaian music industry.
The multiple award winning singer who is known for love tunes, began his music at age 7. At 15 years, he was an instrumentalist and played in the congregation in which he was a tutor at Kumasi, where he was brought up.
His adoration and enthusiasm for music made him join his other associates during a Christmas season in Ghana to visit many homes playing their instruments and singing.
After one of his beautiful Christmas performance, people became more acquainted with him and they found he had a good voice and could be a superb artist. After the show, a number of people adulated him for his incredible voice. So when he finished Secondary School in 1992, he discovered his talent as a full time artist.
As an excellent runner and a footballer, one would imagine that, he would venture into the above sporting activities, but he abandoned them to switch to music. He was constantly discovered singing at anyplace he found himself.
After his secondary school training, he chose to join a band, yet the entirety of his exertion fizzled, all because he was viewed as excessively youthful.

He has played with Bands like Relatives in Germany, Kojo Antwi’s Band, Tropical Vibes (Accra) and furthermore with Amakye Dede’s Band.
