“I’ll Make Sure You Don’t Know Peace If You Fail On Your Appointment— Prof. Gyampo Tells Martin Kpebu

Regarding Martin Kpebu’s appointment as a member of John Mahama’s “ORAL,” Ransford Gyampo, a professor of political science at the University of Ghana, has expressed confidence in the private attorney.

Professor Gyampo claims that he has a great deal of faith in his colleague Martin Kpebu.

In an interview with TV3, he urged lawyer Kpebu to fulfill the assignment that was assigned to him and four other members of John Mahama’s Operation Recover All Loot (ORAL) committee.

Prof. Gyampo threatened to make Ghana a hellhole for Kpebu if he doesn’t fulfill his mandate.

He pointed out that the aspirations of people like himself and others to see Ghana improve would have been dashed if the NPP had won the recently concluded election.

Although he has supported the same cause with his colleague Martin Kpebu over the years for the betterment of the nation, he is certain that the power vested in him will not be a waste of effort.

“Congratulations to my own friend, Martin Kpebu. But Martin, remember, that you and I, would have contemplated leaving Ghana and abandoning Ghanaians to their own fate if they had made another mistake of voting for the NPP and remnants of the NPP. So similarly, Martin, I’m calling on you, don’t fail. I know you won’t fail but if you fail, then you have to also leave the country because I’ll personally ensure that you know no peace if you fail,” he said.

According to President-elect John Mahama, the team will not decide which person or group should be investigated, prosecuted, or otherwise dealt with; instead, it will compile the evidence that the public provides so that the relevant state institutions can take further action.

This Is How Serious Corruption Has ‘Swallowed’ Ghana

On Thursday, December 19, 2024, Myriam Montrat, the Canadian High Commissioner to Ghana, made a courtesy call to the president-elect while he was speaking.

Ghanaians have been urged by John Mahama to give the team any proof of corruption they may have so that it can be submitted to the appropriate authorities for action.
