
A progression of Covid-19 restrictions have been introduced in Sydney following a growing number of cases in the Australian city.
Inhabitants of seven locale in the southern part of the city are limited from going outside the metropolitical region, as per the most recent update from the New South Wales state government, after a group originating from infections in the Bondi region increased to 31 cases.
Trivial travel is now restricted for occupants from the City of Sydney regions, Waverley, Randwick, Canada Bay, Inner West, Bayside and Woollahra.
Sydney is restricted, including a five-man limit on guests per family, and mandatory facemask wearing at work environments and coordinated outdoor events.
Hospitality venues will return to rules requiring four square meters (43 square feet) per individual for both indoor and outside settings, including at weddings and funerals; there will be a 20-person limit and mandatory mask-wearing at dance and gym classes; and outdoor, seated events will be limited to 50% capacity.

Public vehicle limit cutoff points will also be once again introduced. Singing will be restricted at indoor shows or by attendees at indoor spots of worship, and dancing at indoor hospitality venues or nightclubs will also be prohibited except for bridal parties of no more than 20 people.
Around 30,380 cases of Covid-19 have been accounted for in Australia, with 910 deaths, as per Johns Hopkins University data.
