According to Dr. Hanna Louisa Bisiw, the National Democratic Congress’s (NDC) National Women’s Organizer, President John Dramani Mahama is ready to carry out his plan to rebuild and reset Ghana.
She claims that Mr. Mahama has come to the presidency with newfound vigor and creative ideas to change the country, putting him in a position to handle the challenges that lie ahead.
President Mahama’s leadership style will bring about the changes Ghanaians long for, according to Dr. Hanna Bisiw, who made this claim in a recent studio interview on Angel FM on Friday, January 10, 2025.
She maintained that the NDC administration has learned from its past mistakes and that the President has taken stock of his difficulties and is now ready to fulfill his campaign pledges.
“John Dramani Mahama is coming with a wealth of experience as a former president who has reflected on and taken note of his previous administration’s challenges. This experience will serve as a solid foundation for his current leadership, even though it won’t be easy,” she said.
In light of the awful performance of the previous New Patriotic Party (NPP) government, she added that, Mr. Mahama is committed to overcoming the obstacles and achieving his goals.
“We are not saying things won’t be difficult because what we thought was bad turned out to be even worse after taking over power. The debts owed to Independent Power Producers (IPPs), coupled with the country’s overall debt and the conditions tied to the International Monetary Fund (IMF), are some of the challenges and traps set by the NPP.
She asserts that President Mahama will handle the current situation and involve the important parties.
She ended by stating,
“Whenever I speak, I speak with confidence, free of any fear, because I know he will deliver.”
