Kanye West is being scrutinized for Battery after he is thought to have smacked a man in the face for attacking his significant other Bianca Censori, according to a report by TMZ.
In an upsurged case, which also includes his better half Bianca Censori, Kanye West is a suspect for battery charges.
The police are in the middle of the details of the recently evolved charges, as investigations are ongoing. The report says the police are trying to gather claims against him.
Kanye West’s crime is, he is accused of smacking a man on Tuesday night (April 16).
But it is also stated that the person he had punched had purportedly grabbed his wife, Bianca Censori.
As per TMZ, the rapper and his wife took off from the scene of the alleged altercation and that Bianca Censori, who was the victim. The report continued that, Censori was pushed and grabbed by an unknown man but did not suffer from any injuries.

In their investigation plan, the police plan to reach out to the Stronger rapper to know his side of the story while also gathering information from the witnesses.
In this supposed egregious incident that has left the fans of the rapper in shock, the representative of Kanye says Bianca was truly attacked and not grabbed as being said.
They have added, “The assailant didn’t merely collide into her. He put his hands under her dress, directly on her body, he grabbed her waist, he spun her around, and then he blew her kisses. She was battered and sexually assaulted.”
This is not the first time that Kanye West has been accused of a battery assault. In 2023, a video showed the rapper grabbing the phone of a photographer and then throwing it.
Again, in the early days of 2024, a man sued West for assault and battery, claiming that he had said, “I’m going to make a f***ing example of you,” while striking him in downtown L.A. in 2022.
