A journalist asked the Belgian to respond to a question in English, which irritated him. In point of fact, when he left the match, he was not in the mood to analyze Belgium’s shocking Euro 2024 defeat of 1-0.

De Bruyne briefly glanced at the journalist before raising his eyebrows and walked away, giving the impression that he was offended by the suggestion.
The midfielder then chose to leave the press zone and left journalists as he hoped to load up the team bus following his team’s dull performance.
Given that De Bruyne has spent the majority of his playing career in England, where he has become a fan favorite, and that he speaks excellent English, his reaction was bizarre.
Meanwhile, Bruyne spent time comforting his two disappointed children shortly after the match at the Frankfurt stadium, which was a touching moment.
The Premier League star comforted his children by wrapping both arms around them as he spoke to them in front of a packed stadium.
