Manchester City’s Kevin De Bruyne has been voted the Etihad Player of the Month for January 2022.
As a long standing winner of the month to month Club award since he joined in 2015, De Bruyne took as much as 65% of the fans vote.
The three-times Etihad Player of the Year and consecutive PFA Players’ Player of Year winner, has had his form being on top as he tracks down his rhythm after injury.
De Bruyne’s shocker goal against Chelsea has recently won the Nissan Goal of the Month award for January, so his Etihad prize makes it a merited twofold for Manchester City’s splendid performance.
The rest of the votes was shared among Rodrigo and Aymeric Laporte.
