Komla Adom Resigns From TV3. Full Deets Here

Komla Adom, a senior journalist, news anchor, and producer, has left Media General, the company that owns TV3 and 3FM.

He resigned from the media conglomerate on May 31, 2023.

In 2020, the multiple award-winning Journo left the Multimedia Group to join Media General.

He went on to produce numerous feature films and documentaries and excelled in his roles as presenter and producer of some of the station’s most popular radio and television bulletins.

He also served as the anchor for 3FM’s morning news at 6 and the midday news on TV3. Additionally, he appeared in sit-in roles on English-speaking platforms.

Komla wrote, “it’s been an awesome three years working with Media General, but the journey has come to an end.”

“Special thanks to my bosses for the confidence reposed in me over the period, I hope I didn’t let you down,”

There are no official reasons for his departure.

Even though the statement did not specify where Komla would go next, there are rumors that he might think about going outside the mainstream media.
