For $13.5 million, Kris Jenner is selling the Hidden Hills, the California home that was a major feature of her family’s previous television program, “Keeping Up With the Kardashians.”
According to the New York Times, the house that was used for the show’s exterior shots can now be bought fully furnished for an extra estimated $400,000.
“I’ve shared so many unforgettable memories in this incredible home with my family, and I’m excited to see it start a new chapter with its next owners,” Jenner told the newspaper in a statement.
The house is easily identified by its imposing black-and-white entrance.
According to reports, Jenner hired famous interior designer Ryan Saghian to update almost all of the furniture in the house before it was put up for sale. The new pieces were purchased from European luxury wholesaler Eichholtz.
Additionally, the house now has bespoke chandeliers and more new custom artwork. According to reports, Jenner actually invested millions of dollars in remodeling the mansion.
After their now-canceled E! reality TV show debuted, Kris, 69, and her ex-husband, Caitlyn Jenner, paid $4 million for the six-bedroom, eight-bathroom home in 2010.
The 8,860-square-foot house, built in 1998, went on to serve as one of the main backdrops of the series –as seen in photographer Wayne Ford’s pictures of the property — until its final episode in June 2021.
While the matriarch’s children with her late ex-husband Robert Kardashian—Kim Kardashian, Kourtney Kardashian, Khloé Kardashian, and Rob Kardashian—frequently visited after they moved out, Kris and Caitlyn’s daughters, Kendall and Kylie Jenner, lived in the pad as teenagers.
The estate’s iconic stone driveway, grand entryway, imperial staircase, and black-and-white checkerboard floor tiles became well-known to fans.
There are eight bathrooms and six bedrooms in the house. With its large open areas and tall picture windows that let in an abundance of natural light, this light-filled house was designed to allow for seamless indoor-outdoor living.

The estate also boasts a modern kitchen with a large white center island, a breakfast table and multiple large refrigerators as well as a spacious office.
The enormous pool and hot tub in the well-kept backyard are encircled by plenty of seating areas, and there’s also an entertainment cabana with couches, a TV, and a fireplace.
Additionally, the property features a covered dining area, a wine refrigerator, an outdoor grilling station, and a fire pit.
Tennis courts, a swim club, a pool, and a barbecue center are all available to residents of this gated community.
