Kwesi Pee has been in music for just about three decades. And the singer has since 1994, been exceptionally predictable and phenomenal. Kwasi Poku Addae (real name) is one of the numerous capable highlife performers, who has from all these years, produced unbelievable tunes to the listening crowd.
He has for sure, served the world, especially Ghanaians with ear-satisfying hit tunes. Kwesi Pee has always been an excellent performer, particularly coming from a ‘house’ of Band playing at a youthful age. His greatest experience was when he played with a few music bands like that of the late Nana Tuffuor’s ‘Sikadwa’, and Jewel Ackah’s ‘Beautiful Six’ bands separately.
Kwesi Pee actually began with his father Agyaaku of ‘Yamoah and Sunsum’ Mystics Band, prior to continuing on to other groups. With this multitude of experience gathered over the years, and of course his staggering vocal power, you can’t resent him for being one of the best singers Ghana has produced.
With five Albums and still counting, the one-time Best Male Vocal Singer has recently released another hit one called “Amazing God“. This tune is very not the same as the entirety of his highlife tunes because of the content it carries. It is a tune to praise and offer gratitude to God for everything. To no one’s surprise, he Kwesi Pee has never failed his fans when it comes to quality, love, rousing and connecting music.
Kwesi Pee always delivers first rate performance, any time he is offered the chance. Few months ago, he rejuvenated his singing ability, when he performed at the well known Nana Ama McBrown’s show. He actually made huge loads of fans miss him for his lovely voice and stage attitude.
Kwesi Pee is ostensibly one of Ghana’s best vocalists, who boasts five albums, including “Krokro Me, Akono Yaa, and Nyane Me”, a 13-track collection which featured other fine artists like Tic Tac, Kontihene, K K Fosu, Ofori Amponsah and his dad, Agyaaku. In any case, for the now, “Amazing God” is progressing admirably, and is a very much a beautiful tune by all accounts.
