In his first season with Real Madrid, Kylian Mbappé, a striker, has equaled Cristiano Ronaldo’s record of 33 goals.

Mbappé scored twice in a recent game against Leganes, increasing his season total of 33 goals in all competitions.

This accomplishment is identical to the number of goals Cristiano Ronaldo scored in 2009–2010, his first season with Real Madrid.

Interestingly, Mbappé played 45 games to accomplish this milestone, whereas Ronaldo took 35.
