Barcelona FC forward Lamine Yamal has topped the latest updated rankings for the Golden Boy Award for the best player in Europe aged 21 or under.

He beats PSG’s João Neves and Manchester United’s Alejandro Garnacho.

The amazing start to the season by FC Barcelona forward Lamine Yamal has not slipped through the cracks.

A goal and four assists in his four appearances up until this season for Barça, have left the 17 year old top of the rankings for the Golden Boy Award for the best player in Europe aged 21 or under.

The award is organised by the Italian sports newspaper Tuttosport, with support of Football Benchmark. The data and analysis experts compiled the rankings for the prize.
