
The draw for the last round of African qualifiers for Qatar 2022 has been made. The winners of the five ties in March 2022 will be at the FIFA World Cup.
The Draw:
Egypt – Vrs – Senegal
Cameroon – Vrs – Algeria
Nigeria – Vrs – Ghana
DR Congo – Vrs – Morocco
Mali – Vrs – Tunisia
Mo Salah and Sadio Mane, Liverpool colleagues and two of the best footballers on earth, will battle for a FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022™ spot after Egypt were draw against Senegal in the last round of African qualifying.
A standoff between arch-rivals Nigeria and Ghana is also available, while continental monsters Cameroon and Algeria will play. DR Congo face Morocco as Mali, the only group left in the running yet to have showed up at the World Cup, play Tunisia.
The first legs will be played on 24 March 2022, with the return legs five days later.
