Legacy Court Houses Officially Commissioned. Now Up For Sale

Ghana’s Minister for Works and Housing, Mr Francis Asenso-Boakye, has commissioned Legacy Court Housing Project, located in Adenta, Accra.

The project is a beautiful 40-unit development by the State Housing Company (SHC), Ghana’s housing engineer built to help low-income affordable housing drives in the country.

The unveiling of this project marks the seventh project authorized by the State Housing Company in recent times, highlighting its obligation to making affordable housing accessible to Ghanaians.

The State Housing Company’s Board, the executives and the committed staff all added their significant contributions towards accomplishing this achievement.

“The Legacy Court Housing Project stands as a testament to their unwavering dedication and vision,” according to Mr Asenso-Boakye

The project is particularly notable because it was financed with the company’s Internally Generated Funds (IGF), showcasing its financial sustainability and prudent management.
