Ghana’s Minister for Works and Housing, Mr Francis Asenso-Boakye, has commissioned Legacy Court Housing Project, located in Adenta, Accra.
The project is a beautiful 40-unit development by the State Housing Company (SHC), Ghana’s housing engineer built to help low-income affordable housing drives in the country.
The unveiling of this project marks the seventh project authorized by the State Housing Company in recent times, highlighting its obligation to making affordable housing accessible to Ghanaians.
The State Housing Company’s Board, the executives and the committed staff all added their significant contributions towards accomplishing this achievement.
“The Legacy Court Housing Project stands as a testament to their unwavering dedication and vision,” according to Mr Asenso-Boakye
The project is particularly notable because it was financed with the company’s Internally Generated Funds (IGF), showcasing its financial sustainability and prudent management.
The Legacy Court Housing Project is not just another housing development; however it symbolizes a brighter future for countless Ghanaians in search of quality and affordable homes.
The unveiling of the Legacy Court Housing Project, is one of the dreams of the government of Ghana to create a country where everybody has the valuable chance to own a comfortable and affordable home, encouraging a more grounded, more prosperous country for all.
