The singer posted images and videos of herself riding in the backseat of an SUV with her mother on Instagram.
She accessorized her hair in milkmaid braids and wore a white off-the-shoulder crop top with denim shorts for the occasion.
Shari, Lizzo’s mother, wore a leopard print jacket with black underwear for the evening and had the same hairstyle.
Lizzo, 36, wrote in the caption of a video of herself and her mother,
“My mom stole my hairstyle & ate me up.”
Her dramatic weight loss sparked both positive and negative online comments.
