American singer Lizzo has started a body inspiration banter in the wake of posting videos of her 10-day smoothie diet progress.
The Grammy-award winning vocalist has recently been commended for her body-positive position, celebrating “big girls” on tunes like ‘Juice’.
In a recent series of Tik Tok videos, she has outlined her weight reduction endeavors.
A gigantic number of fans have lauded the pop singer’s endeavors on health grounds. Then again, others have heavily criticized Lizzo for empowering what they call “diet culture”.
The discussion around Lizzo’s weight was re-opened after she displayed her new every day diet results, saying it had caused her to feel “amazing”.
Following response from fans, both positive and negative, she reacted with a subsequent video, clarifying that she was “glad for the outcomes” and how “every big girl ought to do anything they desire with their bodies”.
In a new video, the Lizzo stated:
“As you know, I would normally be so afraid and ashamed to post things like this online because I feel like as a big girl, people just expect if you are doing something for health you’re doing it for a dramatic weight loss, and that is not the case,”
“In reality, November stressed me out – I drank a lot, I ate a lot of spicy things and things that [messed] my stomach up, and I wanted to reverse it and get back to where I was.”
The 32-year-old said the eating regimen has improved her sleep, her skin and her “internal peace”, just as her “psychological strength”.
According to Lizzo, she is similarly pleased with her outcomes from her smoothie detox as she is of her belly curves and swerves.
