At the party, Madonna danced to Michael Jackson’s Want to Be Startin’ Somethin in a stylish small scale dress matched with fishnet stockings and silver boots. David, the birthday celebrant also looked neat in a black and white tuxedo, alongside shades, as he energetically extinguished the candles on a cake that showed a photograph of his more youthful self.
