
According to Eurostat, the statistical office of the European Union, Malta is the newest EU nation with the highest employment rate for recent graduates.
More than 90% of graduates in Malta were employed in 2023. However, the country is experiencing a labor shortage in a number of occupations, including business and administration, healthcare, hospitality, manufacturing, and manufacturing.
