Mate XT— The World’s First Three-Fold Phone By Huawei

Huawei has received more than 2.7 million pre-orders for its new, trifold cell phone, as indicated by the organization on Monday September 9.

The Mate XT pre-order process for the Chinese company began at noon on Saturday.

Huawei’s initial three-fold cell phone opened its booking at 12:08 on September 7, and as of the following day — September 8, Huawei Shopping center showed that the number of reservations for the phone had surpassed 2 million.

Huawei officially released the world first three-fold cell phone on September 10, only hours after Apple’s scheduled new iPhone launch.

The Chinese organization started pre-orders for its Mate XT noontime on Saturday. That was over two days ahead of Apple’s iPhone 16 launch early morning Tuesday Beijing time.

The new Mate XT was released by Huawei on Tuesday. The Mate XT’s price has not yet been announced by the company. The gadget is set to officially start sales on September 20, 2024.

Apple dropped out of the list of top five cell phone sellers in China in the second quarter of the year, as per Canalys.

According to Canalys, Huawei had 10.6 million smartphones shipped, putting it fourth in terms of market share.

The firm just shared shipments for the best five merchants. Ten million iPhones were sold by Apple in the first quarter.

Huawei as of now sells folding and flip telephones.
