On Friday, April 28, the global entertainment agency WME confirmed that Meghan, Duchess of Sussex had signed a representation agreement with them.
The agency said on social media that it was “honored” to represent her “in all areas” and that,
“(WME) will be focusing on building out her business ventures across multiple facets of the agency and its broader ecosystem, including film and television production, brand partnerships and more”.
News about the agreement was first revealed in an exclusive by Variety on Thursday. It was additionally revealed that Meghan’s team at WME will include Dwayne Johnson’s delegate, Brad Slater; Serena Williams’ representative, Jill Smoller; and CEO of Endeavor, WME’s global entertainment and sports division, Ari Emanuel.
According to reports, WME will also represent Archewell, the company founded by Prince Harry and Meghan.

The Sussexes have a multi-year production agreement with streaming giant Netflix through Archewell Productions, which is part of Archewell. They released two docuseries in December 2022: Harry and Meghan,” a six-parter offering their viewpoint on their life in the English regal family; and “Live to Lead,” which featured interviews with industry leaders.
In a similar vein, Archewell Audio has partnered with Spotify and released an original podcast series called “Archetypes” on the platform.
