Michael Essien, a former Black Stars and Chelsea stalwart, has successfully completed the program and received his UEFA certificate in football management.
Essien has been pursuing UEFA coaching licenses and management certificates ever since the great midfielder left professional football to advance his post-playing career.
The former Real Madrid player finished his course in October 2024 and announced it on November 1, 2024, after putting in a tremendous amount of effort to develop himself.
Essien was a talent coach at FC Nordsjaelland, where he used his knowledge and experience to help young players succeed.
