On Saturday 24th of October, 2020, the eagerly awaited Miss South Africa will fall off at the Table Bay Hotel in an all entertainment stuffed function at 1700h. The show will be broadcast live over the African continent – on M-Net DStv channel 101 and Mzansi Magic DStv channel 161.
As per Gavin Wratten, the Director and Executive producer of the event, the Covid 19 pandemic may have limited them here and there, but it has also opened up numerous new and exciting opportunities for them.
According to the Executive producer, they won’t simply be broadcasting from one phase, but will use the entire city of Cape Town as their stage, with extra intersections to Johannesburg.
Coordinators of the Miss South Africa pageant have also planned to broadcast from the sea shore, from the city, from the harbor just as from on the Miss South Africa high rise in Sandton.
